to My Account, you can check your order record and current status
any time. There are four stages for an order: New →
Processing → Packed → Sent. At the Sent stage, there will
be a Registered ID number shown, which is provided by
Australia Post. Once your orders have been completed, an
confirmation email will be sent to you including the Registered
