Items purchased from GameSociety.com.au are subject to refund or exchange within 7 days of invoice date if:
  • Items are detective and/or faulty;
  • Items sold are not as advertised.

Please make sure you choose your items carefully.  We do not accept refund or exchanged if:
  • You have changed your mind, decided you no longer want the goods or just don't
  like them, or found that items are the wrong one;
  • You found you can buy the same or similar items elsewhere for a cheaper price;
  • The items are damaged after the purchase.
  • No Cracked Discs, No Scratched Discs, No Missing Discs, No Online Only PC Games.
     
     
Please Note:
  • If items are subject to refund or exchange, it is customers' choice to refund or exchange.
 
  • Refund will be given immediately after GameSociety.com.au received the detective
  items. We only refund the same amount as the payment you made, and to the
  same card if you paid via card.
  • You can also exchange to a different item if you like, on the conditions that you will
  pay the difference if the price of new item is higher than the item you purchased.
  However, if the price of new item is lower than the item you purchased, we will
  refund the difference to you.
  • We accept refund or exchange if you simply changes your mind on the condition
  that the items are in their original packaging with a full box, and  games are not
  opened if you purchased a bundle.
  • Please return items with a valid GameSociety.com.au RA number present. Please do
  not sent item to us without a valid  RA number. It will be sent back to sender if it is
  the case.
  • Refund will only be made, or replacement will only be shipped once we received the
  detective items.
  • Return freight is at the cost of GameSociety.com.au only if the items are detective.
  Otherwise, it is at the cost of customer.
  • Please allowing 24- 48 hours to settle as for electronic transfer.
